Authentication: every /v1 endpoint requires the shared API key, sent as either
  X-API-Key: <key>        or        Authorization: Bearer <key>

  POST /v1/sql    body: {"sql": "...", "format": "json"|"csv"} or form-encoded sql=...
                  (read-only, 15s statement timeout)

Limits: /v1/sql JSON caps at 500 rows; /v1/votes pages 50 rows of JSON; CSV caps at 100,000 rows.
